How To Request Deletion
Send an email to support@solvrite.com with the subject line "SolvRite data deletion request".
What To Include
- The app name: SolvRite Homework Helper.
- Your approximate date of use.
- Any anonymous user/session identifier shown in the app, if available.
- A short note confirming whether you want solve history, feedback, or all associated app data deleted.
What We Delete
We will delete or anonymize associated solve history, submitted homework content, feedback records, and anonymous session data where we can reasonably identify it. Some records may be retained if required for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or backup integrity.
In-App History Deletion
You can also delete solve history inside the app from the History screen where available. Email support if you need help removing data from the backend.
